No worries, you receive an account in your email inbox when ordering for the first time. You can request a new or extra account with the button on the right.
01 Adjust the SIM size
The SIM card is 3-in-1 size and suitable for regular, micro and nano size.
02 Insert the SIM
Insert the SIM card into the device as shown. Make sure the SIM card chip makes good contact with the device.
03 Activate your order
Use the email address from your order to log in and activate your bundle. Click forgot password to set your first password.
04 Add SIM to your account
Once you are logged in, you will see the "Add an EID" button. Click this and enter the EID number. This is the 19 digit number found on the back of the SIM card.
05 You are now connected worldwide!
